Our private spaces are perfect for presentation dinners both large and small.  Since we have moved to our larger location almost 7 years ago, we are now better able to host these types of events.  Many companies in the Triangle use Aurora for these types of dinners: Pfizer, Merck, AstraZeneca, University of North Carolina, DuPont, GSK, and BASF to name just a few.  Our Lumaca Room can hold up to 30 people comfortably with a full screen presentation.  Our Struzzo Room can hold up to 70 people comfortably with a full screen presentation.  Menus are carefully designed to insure that your presentation meshes well with the dinner service.

All day meetings and menu

Aurora is also perfect for your all day meetings.  We can provide a Continental Breakfast, breakout snacks, and buffet or seated lunches.  AV equipment can be arranged for you or you can bring your own.  We have hosted meetings like this for up to 100.  We are definitely a unique meeting space alternative to the higher priced hotels in the area.
