  Thank you for your interest in having a Reception at Aurora.  Following is a sample menu from a previous reception that we did here at Aurora.  For this menu, the event begins with some passed appetizers.  The rest of the appetizers are laid out buffet style at a couple of different food stations. 


Passed Appetizers

Proscuitto wrapped sea scallops

Mozzarella roulades on crustinis

Smoked Salmon Mousse rosettes on fresh cucumber slices

Grapes rolled with gorgonzola and pistachios

Crab and goat cheese totes

Baby rack of lamb chops with a mint pesto

Stuffed Mushrooms

Food station appetizers

Fresh fruit and cheese display

Large Gulf shrimp with a spicy aioli

Smoked Duck with cranberry compote and mascarpone
cream cheese on foccacia

Crudite with calamata, Spanish olive, and other vegetable dips

Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil with foccacia bread

Variety of different salamis with a roasted pepper relish

Marinated grilled chicken skewers

Char-grilled beef carpacio wit arrugula, capers, and extra virgin olive oil

Herbed goat cheese with foccacia toast

Passed dessert items
